Cissy
Cissy (シシー, Shishī) is the Gym Leader of the Mikan Island Gym. She hands out the Coral-Eye Badge to Trainers who defeat her. It's been said in the region of the Orange Islands she is known as "one of the toughest trainers in the Orange Crew." She specializes in Water-type Pokémon, and one of the rules of her Gym is that her opponents are required to use Water-type Pokémon as well. In order to obtain the Coral-Eye Badge, trainers are required to participate in an accuracy test and a race against the Gym Leader.
She lives with her assistant and brother, Senta, who is also a Pokémon Trainer.

Cissy is an 18 year old woman, with brown hair and blue eyes. She wears a long pink skirt with pockets, black sleeveless shirt and white shoes.
