I like Pokémon anime very much
I really do. Especially the original Japanese version. If anyone wants to know, I am from Europe and English isn't my native language. But my country's version was obviously based on English version. Besides, I was raised on the original series, so later seasons don't interest me too much. Anyway, even though I like this anime very much I don't think that it is completely perfect. There are many elements that I dislike. Namely, I don't like the fact that Ash's Squirtle, Ash's Bulbasaur, Ash's Totodile and Brock's Geodude never evolved. I wish it was Brock's Geodude, not his Onix, who evolved. I even wish Tracey's Venonat evolved into Venomoth because NONE of Tracey's Pokémon evolved. I am from Europe and English is not my native language, but I have learned this language for quite a long time. Anyway, when I was a child, I often watched Pokémon anime, but, obviously, since I am from Europe, my country's version was based on the English version, which is the most popular version of this franchise. However, the most popular doesn't mean the best. Some time ago I discovered the original, Japanese version of this anime, and I am aware that in the original version both humans and Pokémon have different names.
